Does anyone know if transformers 3 was filmed digitally?

I know I may get a lot of haters for this but I actually like digital better than film. To me digital just has better overall picture quality. I know for example avatar was filmed digitally and the quality if beautiful in blu ray compared to other movies that were shot with film like transformers 2.Does anyone know if transformers 3 was filmed digitally?Most films today are shot digitally.
