Why do people think the transformers movie with shia labeouf in it sucked?

I don't get it. I saw it with my sister and her friend and my sister said, That was pure pointless and boring. But me and her guy friend loved it. I thought it was cool! I also here from others that they think it was bad?

Why are people hating? Why do people think the transformers movie with shia labeouf in it sucked?..Because it did. The cheese factor was unbelievable, with Michael Bay slow-mos emphasizing man-robot love, accompanied by ultra-dramatic music. CSI: Miami's Horatio pales by comparison.

Plus the robot-on-robot fights were so indecipherable that it looked like someone was dumping out an old tool box.

People with taste don't just "think" Transformers sucked- it's certain.

The only ones that really hated it were the Transformers Purists. The ones that grew up in the 80's and practically worshiped the original series. They're pissed because Bumblebee is a Camaro, not a Beetle. That Jazz is a freaking Pontiac, not a Porsche. They wanted accuracy. Something that followed the actual storyline of the original series. Michael Bay directing it didn't help either.



I thought it was okay. No major complaints other than they made Optimus "my bad" Prime seem almost like that parent trying to be cool rather than the ultimate leader hes was originally portrayed to be. I'll still watch the sequel.Why do people think the transformers movie with shia labeouf in it sucked?oh my god I LOVED Transformers, and although I am a product of the 80's and most everyone I know dug Transformers, I never got into it, so I didnt even know what the heck the movie was gonna be about and I totally loved it!



I worked at a video store when it came out to DVD and I hardly ever heard anything negative about the movie, so I am thinking that your sister and her friend have bad taste in movies, and need to be educated :) haha.

Really? Wow I totally loved that movie. I thought everything about was just amazing! It just might not be their type of movie.

I Loved it! Shia and Megan are soo good looking...and the special effects were off the hook!
I loved Transformers! I've never heard of anyone hating on that movie...
